Hybrid Vehicle Transition Strategy

As part of our commitment to environmental sustainability and reducing our carbon footprint, IntegraONE is embarking on a strategic initiative to transition our corporate vehicle fleet to hybrid vehicles. This move aligns with our broader Corporate Social Responsibility goals and demonstrates our dedication to responsible business practices.

Based on the success of the pilot program, gradually expand the transition to hybrid vehicles across the entire fleet. Our goal is to transition to a 75% hybrid vehicle-based fleet by 12/31/24.

IntegraONE - Environmental Sustainability and E-Waste Recycling Policy

Purpose:

IntegraONE recognizes its responsibility to contribute to environmental sustainability by adopting practices that minimize electronic waste (e-waste) and promote responsible disposal. This policy outlines our commitment to reducing the environmental impact of our operations through the proper management of electronic devices and equipment.

E-Waste Reduction and Product Design:

IntegraONE is committed to incorporating sustainable practices into product design, considering recyclability, ease of disassembly, and the use of environmentally friendly materials.

Data Security:

All electronic devices must undergo secure data destruction processes before disposal to safeguard sensitive information. Individuals are responsible for ensuring compliance with data protection regulations during the e-waste disposal process.

Supplier Collaboration:

IntegraONE encourages collaboration with suppliers to promote responsible product design, packaging, and take-back programs for end-of-life products.

Collection Points:

Dedicated e-waste collection points will be established at company facilities to facilitate the easy and responsible disposal of electronic devices by employees. IntegraONE HQ will host two recycling collections per Fiscal Year. One of our metrics in measuring our success will be in evaluating the quantity of pieces we receive during these events and the successful recycling yield. Our goal is to recycle 90% of all E-waste collected through these events and from what IntegraONE accumulates by 12/31/2024. Percentage will be based on quantity of E-Waste pieces/parts. We will evaluate and report our recycling efforts yearly and continue at or exceed this rate for 2024 moving forward. 

Recycling Partnerships:

IntegraONE will partner with certified e-waste recyclers who adhere to industry standards and environmental regulations. These partnerships will prioritize environmentally safe disposal and recycling practices.

Circular Economy Initiatives:

IntegraONE will explore innovative solutions such as refurbishment, remanufacturing, and repurposing of electronic devices to contribute to a circular economy.

Metrics and Reporting:

Key performance indicators (KPIs) will be developed to measure the success of our e-waste recycling efforts. Regular reports on the volume of e-waste recycled, environmental impact, and cost savings will be communicated to stakeholders.

Public Communication:

IntegraONE is committed to transparently communicating our e-waste recycling efforts to customers, stakeholders, and the public. Marketing materials and corporate communications will highlight our achievements and commitment to sustainability.

Continuous Improvement:

IntegraONE will regularly review and update this policy to incorporate emerging technologies and industry best practices. Feedback from stakeholders and employees will be actively sought to identify opportunities for improvement.

Compliance:

IntegraONE will comply with all applicable local, regional, and national regulations regarding e-waste disposal and data protection.

Responsibilities:

The Environmental Sustainability Team, in collaboration with the IT department, will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of this policy and ensuring its alignment with IntegraONE's sustainability goals.
